Strong Work Ethic
I am self-motivated with a really strong work ethic all year in my desire to always get better -- especially out of season. My weekly workout routine typically follows the schedule below (unless I am in season and have games that conflict with this routine):
Day 1: Core work with bands / push-ups and pull-ups
Day 2: Arm work / weights and bands
Day 3: Leg work with agility
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: Sprints
Day 6: Core work or baseball hitting / fielding
Day 7: Pitching / hitting / fielding
